Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>
Load, deliver, and merchandise a variety of products such as soft drinks, coffee, snacks, and fresh food to assigned customer locations.</li><li>
Ensure all vending machines and micro-markets are clean, stocked, and organized according to company standards and plan-o-grams.</li><li>
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, responding promptly to requests, and representing Five Star with professionalism.</li><li>

Follow all company and DOT safety protocols, performing daily vehicle inspections and maintaining a clean, safe company vehicle.</li><li>

Qualifications

Job Type: Part-Time/Freelance 
Pay: $20-$22 per hour (rate based on market and relevant experience)

Job Overview: 
 
Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail-driven apparel merchandiser to bring fashion to life at the store level. As an apparel merchandiser, you'll ensure clothing is styled, organized, and presented to reflect brand identity and attract shoppers. Working hands-on in stores, you'll be responsible for styling mannequins and displays to create a polished, trend-forward shopping experience. 
 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Assists in setting up apparel displays, updating fixture signage, and cleaning departments in areas that have been remodeled</li><li>
Participates in stockroom management responsibilities and requires strong organizational skills</li><li>
Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise</li><li>
Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different store settings</li><li>
Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and accountability</li><li>
Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using our Winston App on a smart device<ul><li>
IOS: Use an iPhone 11 or newer</li><li>
Android: Use a 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest</li></ul></li><li>
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift</li><li>
Schedule: 8-hour shift - Monday-Friday (no weekends)</li></ul> 

Experience &amp; Skills:<ul><li>
Proven experience in retail apparel merchandising or a related field is preferred</li><li>
Experience working with mannequins (assembling, updating, and styling)</li><li>
Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential</li><li>
A keen eye for detail and creativity in presenting apparel displays</li><li>
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written</li><li>
A portfolio of work is preferred but not required</li></ul>
