Bonus program:
As a Restaurant General Manager, you&rsquo;ll also be eligible to participate in a quarterly bonus program, based on your restaurant&rsquo;s performance. 
What you&rsquo;ll do as a Restaurant General Manager:<ul><li>
Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed.</li><li>
Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.</li><li>
Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.</li><li>

What you bring to the table:<ul><li>
