JOB MISSION 
As part of the New Balance Retail Leadership Team, full time Retail Team Leads assist with duties such as opening/closing the store, driving results, operational duties and delivering a world class experience for our guests. You will lead by example through New Balance&rsquo;s Core Competencies.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor while communicating and coaching professionally with all associates</li><li>

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS<ul><li>
Must be 18 years of age or older</li><li>

Strong customer service and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a thriving retail business, which may entail working on weekends and holidays</li><li>

Centralia, WA Retail Only Pay Range: $18.50 - $23.10 - $27.75 Hourly (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)

 This role extends far beyond the treatment room. The Lead Esthetician serves as the on-floor leader, culture driver, and technical expert who supports both team performance and client experience.
