The Retail Store Manager of Sunnyside* is responsible for day-to-day team leadership and delivering a profitable business which supports Cresco Labs' mission to normalize, professionalize and revolutionize the cannabis industry. You will ensure the dispensary achieves or exceeds all key metrics and goals across all aspects of the dispensary including customer acquisition and loyalty, merchandising, operations, and talent development. People Management:</b></p>

<li>Assess team performance, skill gaps, and career aspirations of employees; solicit or provide resources, trainings or procedures to support team needs.</li>
<li>Analyze and determine effective headcount requirements and labor schedules that account for store sales trends, department objectives and labor laws.</li>
<li>Motivate and inspire dispensary team to exceed revenue targets and KPIs, with an emphasis on selling and cross-selling techniques.</li>
<li>Partner with Human Resources to resolve employee relations issues.</li>
<li>Ensure employees are knowledgeable and coached to navigate any regulatory changes.</li>

<li>Provide regular updates, feedback, and solutions to corporate retail leadership across all areas of dispensary operations.</li>
<li>Establish and nurture key business partner relationships across Human Resources, Outreach, Compliance, Security, Employees Health &amp; Safety, Marketing, Construction and IT.</li>
<li>Drive profitable sales through forecasting, scheduling, outstanding customer service and execution of programs and initiatives.</li>
<li>Identify business and competitor risks; analyze metrics to help increase market share.</li>
<li>Support outreach efforts/community partnerships to build a positive image within the community, drive brand awareness, and draw new patients.</li>
<li>Establish daily operations procedures with an eye towards improvement and efficiency.</li>
<li>Oversee inventory activities ensuring product requirements are met and deliveries are on time.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of all dispensary activities including daily cash reconciliations, guest records, sales, deliveries and returns.</li>
<li>Perform monthly audit reporting and store visit checklist with Area Manager.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, state, and local laws.</li>
<li>Serve as point of contact for state regulators and local authorities, overseeing any inspections or audits</li>

<p><b>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business or comparable experience</li>
<li>5-7 years of retail management experience required; Cannabis knowledge or dispensary leadership experience a plus</li>
<li>Experience managing teams of 10 or more with layers of leadership, preferably in a high-volume location with a focus on team development.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to learn, apply and teach others technical, product-related information in a professional consultative manner.</li>
<li>Experience working closely with HR teams and processes.</li>
<li>A high level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency</li>
<li>Proficient in MS Office, Highly Proficient in MS Excel with experience in data entry and data management</li>

About the role
The Retail Gas Portfolio Manager will facilitate and transact all retail commercial and industrial natural gas customer hedge activity, with responsibility for regional customer pricing, associated hedges, portfolio optimization and risk management. This individual will identify optimization opportunities in the portfolio and work with affiliate business units and functional groups to manage energy products for the customer portfolio and deploy innovative solutions that leverage fundamental analysis, advanced analytics and market acumen.
Key Responsibilities
Execute strategy for market access, price discovery and transaction execution in approved products for bpERC natural gas internal and external clients
Hedge and optimize activity around bpERC&rsquo;s retail natural gas customer portfolio
Maintain and provide transactable prices for approved tradable products as well as market information to the bpERC retail pricing and operational functions, sales persons and customers
Research new products and develop strategy to optimize and hedge in bpERC operable markets
Support and manage forecasted load deviations and exposures in prompt and cash months
Optimize portfolio assets and obligations such as supply, interstate transport and storage
Work closely with bpEC&rsquo;s wholesale trading desk for price discovery and execution
Price, manage, and book deals consisting of a variety of standard and non-standard products
Manage the risk associated with a standard and non-standard product portfolio while adhering to allocated risk limits
Identify structured supply or customer opportunities and participate in closing transactions when necessary
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to help guide their efforts to provide opportunities that are aligned with trading ideas and geographic locations
Build and maintain databases as necessary
Understand and comply with all internal policies as well as those of CFTC, SEC, FERC, and any other regulatory body or exchange
Essential education, experience and requirements
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required in business, marketing or quantitative field such as math, statistics, IT, quantitative finance or engineering
Mid level experience or comparable skills of energy trading and portfolio management and optimization, retail/wholesale customer pricing and hedging
Strong working knowledge of the C&amp;I retail gas industry and wholesale energy complex
High level of proficiency in Excel and ability to work within the Endur ETRM
Analytical skills required for pricing, risk assessment and transaction structuring
Strong individual contributor with consultative style and aptitude for collaboration and teamwork
Skilled at working across multi-disciplinary functions and departments including sales, physical operations and risk management
Proficient in collecting, querying, organizing and analyzing complex data, evaluating information and drawing logical conclusions
