 Qualifications:

 3+ years of experience as a Store Manager in fashion retail

 Strong leadership, team development, and performance management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Commercially driven with excellent understanding of retail metrics
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in both Arabic and English
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
 </li>

 Willing to relocate to Kuwait
