Top performers could make an extra $14,500 or more in individual-based commissions, giving you the chance to earn a total of $65,000+ to $75,500+ annually. Responsibilities:

Guiding customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers and sharing your expertise.</li></ul></li><li>
Approach service and sales needs with care, patience, honesty, and empathy.</li><li>
Become skilled and be able to consistently demonstrate the ability to balance the customer experience while attaining performance targets.</li><li>
Always be knowledgeable of the latest T-Mobile wireless plans, services, and products.</li><li>

Qualifications:
