Retail Showroom Sales</li><li>
Develop relationships with customers, both in the showroom as well as via phone calls and email</li><li>
Partner with other representatives to ensure branch meets or exceeds its monthly sales quota</li><li>
Follow up with customers regarding quotes, orders, and other sales-related issues</li><li>
Upsell clients when possible</li><li>
Maintain organization and presentation of showroom and samples</li><li>
Customer Service</li><li>
Greet and assist clients with selections and follow-through on their orders</li><li>
Enter orders, follow-up on back-orders, invoice orders, and follow proper pick-up procedures

Process P/Os and receiving for product lines</li><li>
Assist with stock checks, pricing, freight quotes, inventory, and processing orders</li><li>

Design
</li><li>Research and track design trends across social media, trade publications, trade shows, and competitor product launches to inform collection development</li><li>
Create mood boards, color palettes, and design narratives for new and existing tile, stone, wood, and vinyl collections</li><li>
Produce SketchUp layouts, renderings, and visuals for internal product reviews and merchandising planning</li><li>
Support the product development team in identifying assortment gaps and opportunities for differentiation</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, marketing, sales, and product development teams on collection launches</li><li>
Assist in preparing visual materials for executive product review presentations</li><li>
Contribute to the visual storytelling used in catalogs, website content, and sales collateral</li><li>
Organize and maintain a digital library of design assets, boards, renderings, and product imagery</li><li>
Review trade show content (Cersaie, Coverings, KBIS) to identify emerging materials, finishes, and formats</li><li>

   Coordinate with the Procurement Executive for information pertaining to stocks in the assigned area.

   Have a daily dialogue with guests to get continuous feedback about their experiences and learn more about their needs and wants, then act based on their input.
