ROLE SUMMARY
As a Shift Supervisor, you will support and partner with the General Manager and Assistant Managers to motivate and mentor retail team members. This will be the most important and primary aspect to your position. You will be inspiring a team of great people committed to creating a welcoming environment and making Trulieve the #1 dispensary. The Retail Shift Supervisor must have good communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership and motivational skills with high customer service expectations, and strong conflict resolution skills. 
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Supervisory and lead responsibilities in the retail setting to support the General Manager and Assistant Managers.</li><li>
Provide management and administrative support to the General Manager and Assistant Managers.</li><li>
Lead by example in providing strong customer service and driving sales to meet daily sales goals.</li><li>

Job Description:

The Store Area Supervisor role at OSJL oversees the daily operations and merchandising of assigned areas. Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>1 or more years professional experience in other retail environments required.</li>
<li>Prior customer service experience, training experience, and prior merchandise ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintenance experience in other retail environments is preferred.</li>
<li>Computer skills (i.e., Google platform, including, but not limited to, Email, Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets; and Qlik).</li>
<li>Availability to work as needed by the business including nights and weekends.</li>
<li>Must be 18 years of age or older.</li>
</ul>
Work Environment:
<ul>
<li>Work primarily in a climate controlled environment with minimal safety and health hazard potential. This position requires extended periods of moving, remaining stationary, ascending, descending, and positioning oneself to complete various tasks throughout the shift.</li>

Elwyn seeks a Residential Shift Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision, and training of all assigned staff within the residential unit.</div><div></div><div> 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>
Ensure the provision of treatment services to each resident according to the treatment plan</li><li>
Provide clinical support in assisting clients in ensuring community integration occurs, as scheduled, according to the treatment plan</li><li>
Ensure staff working their assigned shift complete required training, in cooperation with the Clinical Coordinator, based on unit-specific operational and clinical issues, including but not limited to safety rounds and documentation of resident progress</li><li>
Ensure all required documentation for resident record, including but not limited to progress notes, intake notes, and group notes are completed for their assigned shift and that safety codes are followed and enforced to ensure quality of care</li><li>
Cooperate within an interdisciplinary team approach by implementing the treatment plan (e.g., group sessions, community outings) to ensure quality programming</li><li>
Develop and nurture relationships with resident families, outside social services agencies, and funding sources by direct communication to ensure adequate resident support</li><li>
Participate in on-call rotation, as needed, to ensure quality of care for residents</li><li>
Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), first aid, and safe crisis intervention using agency-trained protocols</li><li>
Report any violations or allegations of resident abuse and neglect immediately, following Elwyn's policy and state regulations</li><li>
Provide supervision of assigned staff in the areas including but not limited to, recruitment, selection, leadership, coaching, training, timekeeping, performance management, promotion, discipline, and termination</li><li>
Provide a supportive environment for all team members and clients by:<ul><li>
Mentoring and orienting new direct support professionals</li><li>
Daily monitoring of safety rounds completion</li><li>

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:</div><ul><li>

Associate degree with 12 credits in the mental health field if Associates is not in a field listed above with two (2) years' experience may substitute</li><li>
