POP MART is seeking a Store Manager to lead store performance, team development, and operational excellence as we continue expanding across the United States. This role owns the end-to-end store business, including sales performance, customer experience, operations execution, and people leadership, ensuring alignment with POP MART's brand standards, global retail strategy, and company culture.
The Store Manager serves as a stakeholder of the store's four-wall performance and acts as the critical link between people, product, profit, performance. This role reports to the District/Area Manager and partners cross-functionally with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, HR, and international teams.
An interest in designer toys, collectibles, and trend culture is strongly preferred. 
 
What You Will Achieve
<ul><li>Own total store performance, including sales targets, KPIs, and profitability.
</li><li>Monitor and analyze business trends, product performance, and customer demand to drive commercial decisions.
</li><li>Execute product launches, merchandising strategies, and marketing initiatives to maximize sell-through.
</li><li>Maintain strong communication with Area Manager and cross-functional partners regarding store performance, risks, and opportunities.
</li><li>Maintain loss prevention standards and implement shrink-reduction strategies.
</li><li>Support RoboShop operations and coordination with business partners when applicable.
</li><li>Champion a customer-first culture utilizing Popmart's selling framework to consistently deliver brand appropriate service standards.
</li><li>Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
</li><li>Maintain store presentation standards aligned with POP MART brand storytelling.
</li><li>Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and associates to achieve performance goals.
</li><li>Own store talent planning and recruiting efforts, including building candidate pipelines, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding team members to ensure the store is staffed to support business needs and growth.

<ul><li>2&ndash;3+ years of retail leadership experience (Store Manager or equivalent leadership role preferred)

A Day In The Life
<ul><li>Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure implementation of established company policies, standards, expectations and initiatives.</li>
<li>Ensure Assistant Managers and store team members are fulfilling their individual responsibilities.</li>
<li>Partner with Assistant Store Manager, Merchandising to coordinate merchandise placement, sales promotions and pricing.</li>
<li>Partner with Assistant Store Manager, Operations to review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, returns-to-vendor (RTV's), and chargeback paperwork to ensure accuracy of inventory.</li>
<li>Act as Manager on Duty (MOD); lead by example, set the standard, and create a strong leadership presence by following and modeling the Burlington SOPs.</li>
<li>Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budget including review of all associated reporting and record-keeping.</li>
<li>Recruitment, screening and hiring of associates in order to meet store staffing needs.</li>
<li>Facilitate onboarding and training for new associates, provide ongoing coaching in the moment, and implement structured learning and development activities for all team members.</li>
<li>Handle personnel and associate relations issues.</li>
<li>Payroll budget management, workforce management and scheduling.</li>
<li>Facilitate effective communication and partnerships among the store team, district and regional management teams, and other partners within the company.</li>
</ul>You'll Come With
<ul><li>5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment</li>
<li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.</li>
<li>Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.</li>
<li>Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software</li>
<li>Travel may be required from time to time.</li>
