 The Retail Store Manager is accountable for managing the daily store activities from administrative and operational to offering the best customer experience.    Define, develop and implement the store operational plan as per communicated objectives aiming at exceeding sales objectives

   Establish sales budgets and targets, cascade to the team and ensure individual and store targets are met

   Apply the Apple planogram

  <li>
   Lead and manage the daily store operational activities to deliver the highest standards of customer service and maximize sales and profitability in line with company&rsquo;s objectives

   Follow up on the appearance and maintenance of the store and staff to meet Apple guidelines and evaluate audit/mystery shopper reports for improvements
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure a proper storage, tracking and control of inventory and follow up on the merchandising and replenishment of the store while reporting any inventory related issue/opportunity to the Retail Manager
  </li>
  <li>
   Optimize the floor coverage and prepare schedules while accounting for vacation plans and days off
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers and back office departments securing a smooth flow of operations
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure the cash management policy and all other policies/procedures are implemented in the store and that cash registers are accurately reconciled
  </li>

   Attend to operational problems namely customer complaints, in coordination with the back office, to ensure an uninterrupted operation and achieve customer satisfaction
  </li>

   Conduct periodic market studies and exchange best practices and recommendations with the Retail Manager and other Store
  </li>

   Managers on a regular basis
  </li>

   Prepare and issue periodic reports on store performance and other metrics supporting operational decisions

   Work closely with the HR Department on staffing needs and training plans

<b>Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Drive sales and customer satisfaction using At Your Service and Key Satisfaction Drivers.</li>
<li>Meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Achieve personal sales goals as well as assist employees with closing sales and providing customer service.</li>
<li>Observe customer experience to determine the focus of the AT&amp;T Experience Steps.</li>
<li>Ensures proper opening and closing of the retail location with completion of all open/close procedures.</li>
<li>Training - ensure 100% completion of all required training monthly and annually per AT&amp;T compliance standards.</li>
<li>Inventory - Manage ordering, receiving, discrepancies, and complete daily, weekly, and month- end counts as needed.</li>
<li>Provide resolution to customer complaints regarding sales and service.</li>
<li>Develop and manage positive business relationships with staff and customers.</li>
<li>Provide continuous coaching to sales associates in all aspects of wireless sales and service.</li>
<li>Provide positive reinforcement and training to promote the learning and growth of sales associates.</li>
<li>Recognize your top performers and your lower performers to improve.</li>
<li>New Hires- Review resumes, perform initial phone screens, in-person interviews, and complete onboarding paperwork.</li>
<li>Conducts regular staff meetings to communicate promotions, goals, trends, and other relevant information.</li>
<li>Ensure proper merchandising within the store, including product placement, display, and brand compliance per AT&amp;T requirements.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain relationships with co-workers and consumers.</li>
</ul>

<b>Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>Must have a valid Driver's License and current auto insurance.</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a background.</li>
<li>Must attend off-site promotional events during and after business hours.</li>
<li>Previous retail or customer service management required.</li>
<li>Proven leadership and employee management skills.</li>
<li>Ability to stand for long periods and work full-time, weekends, and during peak retail selling periods. Work at various locations may also be required.</li>
<li>Tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology devices.</li>
<li>Enjoy working in a team environment &amp; engaging with the consumer. Must be enthusiastic and have the drive needed to complete sales.</li>
<li>Independent and self-motivated team player.</li>
<li>Regular physical activity will be required, e.g., setting up promotional material, changing displays, etc.</li>
<li>Reliable transportation.</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li>
