This position is fully proficient in door shop Production Associate I duties and will also operate certain pieces of specialized production machinery. This is a labor-intensive position that requires lifting and maneuvering heavy door panels and units. Individuals are regularly on their feet throughout the day. Safety is a priority.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Read and understand door work orders sent to the door shop for building. Stay up-to-date and knowledgeable about door terminology and various components to ensure accuracy of parts and pieces pulled.</li><li>
Responsible for minor to intermediate assembly and preparation of prefabricated doors and components utilizing saws, routers, pneumatic tools, and other small hand tools, power equipment, and specialized production machinery. Based on the line, tasks may include (but are not limited to) the following:<ul><li>
Cutting down heads and jambs, striking jambs, installing hinges, installing lites, cutting sills, applying weatherstripping, and nailing.</li><li>
Completing tasks in accordance with SOP&rsquo;s for the provided order paperwork and established quality expectations.</li><li>
Being trained in and capable of operating specialized door shop equipment and machinery (such as the KVAL 700C, Fullhouse Assembler, Norfield 540 Assembler, Mag Operator, Norfield 3800, Norfield 4800, or KVAL 700DC).</li><li>
Safely operating the bander, tilt table, and tiger stop saw to complete various assembly and prep tasks.</li></ul></li><li>
Review order paperwork before beginning production to ensure accuracy of finished products. Review all products and orders before, during, and after production to ensure that quality standards are met before transferring products to the next stage of production and before packaging products for transportation. Utilize tablets and software for documentation.</li><li>
Palletize, package and wrap, and stage doors in preparation for shipment to customers. Understand that product packaging must be done per specifications to prevent damage during transportation.</li><li>
Work to maintain a safe and clean environment while achieving department productivity goals. Understand and follow OrePac safety rules and regulations.</li><li>
Work with team and door shop leadership to analyze and resolve challenges, develop and implement improvements, and maintain a safe work environment.</li><li>
Forklift duties may be assigned to this position to manipulate and move products. Any assigned forklift duties will first require taking and passing a forklift training course and obtaining a certificate. Forklift duties will include staging and/or stacking material neatly and safely, operating the forklift in a safe manner, filling the forklift with propane fuel, and regularly checking the forklift fluid levels.</li></ul>

Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company&rsquo;s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards. As a Warehouse, Worker, you will support the shipping and/or receiving functions activities within our warehouse. 
 
The Warehouse, Worker performs shipping and/or receiving functions in a timely manner while maintaining inventory and warehouse work areas, observing all safety regulations, and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company. 
 
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:<ul><li>
Performs general warehouse duties as assigned including but not limited to forklift put-away, let-downs, will-call selection, returns, sanitation, break down pallets, wrapping pallets, order selection, loading, and receiving.</li><li>
Performs general housekeeping duties and keep warehouse area, loading dock and trailers clear and clean as required. Ensures work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately.</li><li>
Performs daily safety check of the assigned forklift/pallet jack in accordance with company policy.</li><li>
Performs damage control checks on items received and contact supervisor about removing items according to company policy.</li><li>
Removes batteries requiring recharging, replace with charged batteries and complete vehicle inspection checklist. Follows all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines.</li><li>
Reviews work schedule and daily production paperwork and prepare for operations.</li><li>
Puts on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.</li><li>
Meets required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.</li><li>
Secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.</li><li>
Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Job Summary
Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area, using handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations, and operating equipment. Omni Experience Ambassador will be working within all digital initiatives including: BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club.

<ul><li>Processes member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list. Utilizes a handheld scanner device (RF) device to pick orders from the sales floor. Uses handheld scanner device (RF) to verify merchandise. Moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
</li><li>Communicates problems with inventory and/or equipment and communicates expired or short-dated items included on pick list.</li><li>
Communicates with club team when merchandise needs to be replenished.</li><li>
Works with team to have merchandise pulled from reserve area, when possible, to avoid sales floor replenishment.</li><li>
Ensures all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet all productivity requirements.</li><li>
Works with a high level of urgency to ensure deadlines are met up to and including key performance indicators based on individual performance.</li><li>
Follows operational efficiencies, processes and productivity standards with adherence to established SOP for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.</li><li>
Takes responsibility for individual performance and works with club leadership on individual performance when metrics are not met.</li><li>
Securely packages the order in accordance with standard operating procedures.</li><li>
Ensures the SFC area is neat, clean, and organized. Performs general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the work area. Handles damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with standard operating procedures.</li><li>
Processes returns to the club and makes determination on how to handle (via DDR or Membership desk)</li><li>
Maintains all club policies and procedures. Including adhering to proper dress code standards.</li><li>
