A Retail Sales Consultant (RSC) is a brand ambassador to our extraordinarily large base of customers nationwide. Our RSC associates serve the customer by demonstrating AT&amp;T's vast array of products, services and entertainment options, by offering them personalized and valuable wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions to fit their ever-evolving lifestyle in a fast-paced retail sales industry.

Because we strive for the best, we offer amongst the best. Our current full-time Retail Sales Consultants earn a minimum base of ($31,200 + commission). Consultants could earn an average of $45,000 or more in total compensation in the first year when successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals. Commission is based on meeting outlined sales goals for a given market.

Job Summary 
Consumer Cellular is adding to our team of incredible relationship builders, conversation havers, and wireless technology lovers. A key member of our team is the Retail Wireless Sales Specialist, who works directly with customers, listening to their needs and ensuring we provide a product-based solution. Our Retail Wireless Sales Specialists are motivated by delivering a world-class experience, where customers leave with a smile on their face and a working phone in hand. 
 
Our Retail Wireless Sales Specialist earns between $17.50-$18.50/hour plus uncapped commission. This position is classified as modified full-time, which means the work schedule will range between 30 to 39 hours per week. On average, most employees in this role work approximately 35 hours per week, offering a consistent schedule while maintaining flexibility. 
What You Do in this Role<ul><li> 
Brand Ambassador &ndash; While orange is our color, we are best known for our outstanding customer service. You will ensure the store is comfortable, welcoming, and always open for our guests when needed. Relationship Builder &ndash; You will have the opportunity to build relationships with guests, team members, and field leadership. Building a relationship requires you to be an active listener, a solution finder, and a conversation initiator.</li><li>
Product and Services Enthusiast &ndash; You will receive training on our products and services, preparing you to translate technology into real-world conversations. You will also attend meetings, training sessions, and work with the team to ensure you have all the necessary knowledge to provide the best care for your guests.</li><li>
Account Management &ndash; You are responsible for setting and being available for guest appointments. You will be an investigator and problem solver when reviewing guest accounts and determining the best plans and offers for each guest. You are responsible for documenting customers&rsquo; accounts with relevant notes and details.</li></ul></div><div></div><div> 
What You Need to Win in this Role<ul><li>
Education and Skills:<ul><li>
High school diploma, or equivalent experience is required.</li><li>
Positive attitude and ability to make the customer feel like the priority.</li><li>
At least 6 months of customer service experience in a retail setting. Bonus points if you have worked in wireless industry.</li><li>
Experience for operating a POS system and ensuring accurate transactions.</li><li>
Proficient with MS Office suite of products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).</li></ul></li><li>
Schedule and Attendance:<ul><li>
Flexibility, including weekends.</li><li>
Retail Store is open six to seven days a week. Hours will vary between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm most days.</li></ul></li><li>
Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items. This includes standing for 6-8 hours.</li><li>
Requires the ability to move around the store, assist customers, and maneuver merchandise when necessary.</li><li>
Regular store cleaning including cleaning display cases, and shelves and making the store clean and safe for guest.</li></ul></li></ul>

Minimum Salary: $36,750</li><li>
Maximum Salary: $46,200</li></ul>
