 The Revenue Analyst supports the hotel&rsquo;s commercial strategy by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to optimize pricing, inventory, and distribution. This role assists the Revenue Manager in developing tactical and strategic decisions that maximize revenue across all business segments for Raffles &amp; Doha.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Support the Revenue Manager in the maintenance of all revenue-related systems, including RMS, channel manager, and forecasting tools.

 Document processes and maintain standard operating procedures for the department.

Duties and Responsibilities

 What You Will Do

 You will act as a revenue hero by managing monthly global invoicing
 </li>
 <li>
 You will play an essential role in the monthly revenue and commission close procedures, including preparing journal entries and supporting reconciliations
 </li>
 <li>
 You will coordinate with multiple departments to obtain transaction information, research reconciling items, and resolve issues
 </li>
 <li>
 You will maintain account balances, including reconciling, researching, and resolving all discrepancies
 </li>
 <li>
 You will maintain and optimize the level of collection and short payment terms with customers to ensure the end-of-month cash level
 </li>
 <li>
 You will manage escalation and arbitration processes for cash collection

 What You Will Need

 You have a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Business, Management, or other related fields
 </li>
 <li>
 You are a new grad or have less than 2 years of experience in similar roles
 </li>
 <li>
 You are a data junkie and number cruncher, passionate about digging into the numbers while having the ability to see the big picture
 </li>
 <li>
 You have familiarity with any accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and/or Google Sheets
 </li>
 <li>
 You are a proactive and self-directed person who takes initiatives when necessary
 </li>
 <li>
 You love working in a multicultural environment and have a sufficient level of English to communicate effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 You are familiar with working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, ever-growing, and challenging startup environment
