 Our projects consist of HVAC in-house design/build as well as plan/spec engineering drawings for commercial offices, schools, high rise residential projects, medical facilities, distribution centers, etc ranging from 10,000 SF to over 1,000,000 SF. We utilize Autodesk Revit along with Trimble Sysque software for our design and spool drawings to integrate with our in-house sheetmetal fabrication shop.
 
 
 Responsibilities include:

 Reading and interpreting construction drawings including architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural blueprints.

 Assisting the Engineering/Design team in creating 3D HVAC design drawings as well as creating field coordination and fabrication installation drawings. This includes Plan &amp; Spec, Design Build &amp; Design assist applications.
 </li>

 Perform site visits with the sales team, project managers, service technicians, architects and general contractors to assess building HVAC needs. This includes site visits for final as-built drawings.

 Using computer aided drafting software: AutoCAD, Revit, Sysque, Navisworks to create fully coordinated 3D BIM models to specific project LOD (Level of Design).
