About the team<br>
The Integrated Vehicle Test team is responsible for delivering functional spacecraft to orbit to ensure Amazon Leo's mission success. We do so through development of advanced test systems and execution of test campaigns that help guarantee reliable operation of satellite vehicles in space. The tasks and daily focus change rapidly, and you will often take on exciting new responsibilities to ensure project success. Expect to be deployed to address complex problems by identifying the scope of the issue and quickly establishing innovative and functional solutions.</div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</b></h2><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering</li><li>5+ years of professional experience in hardware or systems development roles in aerospace, automotive, or high-reliability electronics environments</li><li>Strong understanding of electrical and systems test fundamentals, signal integrity, and test instrumentation</li><li>Hands-on experience with lab setup, test rack integration, and support of large systems</li><li>Proficiency with Ubuntu/Linux system configuration, netplan, and basic scripting (Python or equivalent)</li><li>Working knowledge of RF signal chains and components (e.g., attenuators, filters, VNAs)</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude for lab assembly and hardware integration</li><li>Capable of lifting 50 lbs, performing manual lab work, and working on ladders.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</b></h2><ul><li>5+ years developing automated test infrastructure for aerospace or satellite systems</li><li>Familiarity with basic electrical/RFand lab instrumentation: VNA, VSA, Sig Gens, PSU, data acquisition, SCPI, API ctrl via Python, etc.</li></ul>
