About the Job</div>
The Compliance Officer will be a member of the Consumer Lending Servicing Compliance team within Compliance Risk Management. The Compliance Officer will provide support to various lines of business by researching, interpreting and assisting with applying the assigned laws and regulations to each applicable line of business. As subject matter expert for their assigned laws and regulations, the Compliance Officer will provide consultative advice across all lines of business related to compliance. The Compliance Officer will perform oversight activities and assume responsibility for mitigating and discouraging actions that may expose KeyCorp and its affiliates to risk outside its desired risk appetite.<div>

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $71,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.

Requirements 
 
Qualifications &amp; ExperienceMandatory<ul><li>
Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or related field
</li><li>NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA certification (NEBOSH strongly preferred)
</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years&rsquo; experience in:
</li><li><ul><li>Large hospitality venues
</li><li>Theme parks, entertainment complexes, malls, or large F&amp;B operations
</li></ul></li><li>Strong knowledge of fire safety systems, evacuation planning, and crowd management</li></ul>
Preferred<ul><li>
First Aid &amp; CPR certification
</li><li>Civil Defense / Fire Safety certification (KSA or GCC)
</li><li>Experience working with multiple outlets and high guest volumes
</li><li>Arabic language skills (an advantage)</li></ul>
