WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Roll-Off Driver who safely operates a heavy-duty truck and is responsible for preparing, loading, and transporting large mobile open top and compactor containers to disposal sites, transfer or recycle facilities and customer locations. Roll-Off Drivers will navigate driveways, alleyways, lots, high traffic roadways and may operate in tight overhead environments while on industrial routes. Highly skilled backing maneuvers are essential, to successfully perform this job. Responsibilities: Operates vehicle in accordance with Company's Safety and Life Critical Rules. OSHA. Performs pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned equipment and documents checks on standard DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report.). Immediately reports any unsafe situations or service-related issues to Route Manager or Dispatch. Attends and participates in all scheduled training programs, briefings, and meetings required by WIN Waste Innovations Works closely with Route Managers to improve route efficiencies and identify best practices. Notifies Route Manager of any incidents, accidents, injures, or property damage. Notifies Route Manager or Dispatch of service interruptions, including blocked containers, closed lots, street, alleyways or potential safety hazards. Communicates customer requests to Route Manager or Dispatch. Identifies and reports all containers in need of repair or replacement Completes and submits customer tickets as required. Positions and / or returns container on the customer's property in a manner that ensures lids and or doors are properly replaced, and do not block driveway entrances or traffic. Follows route assignments as directed and completes end of day documentation and the checkout process. Performs all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch and assisting other drivers as directed to meet customer needs. Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management. Qualifications, Education, and Experience: Education: Not required Experience: 1 year(s) of previous experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL or equivalent military driving within the last 7 years. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, or Other Requirements: Commercial Driver's License B (CDL). The CDL is a requirement, therefore, an applicant must be 21 years of age. Hold a current Class A or B Commercial 'Driver's License with an air brake endorsement. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required: Acceptable driving record required. Legally eligible to work in the United States. Successfully complete pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background check, which will include previous employment check, criminal history and motor vehicle record review Work Environment: Required to use motor coordination with arm, hand, finger, and leg dexterity. I. Job Summary 
 
Drivers operate heavy-duty trucks with front, side, or rear-end load lift attachments dependent on the line of business they're operating in and the type of truck they're operating. Drivers will transport the material to a disposal, transfer or recycle facility when trucks reach legal load capacity. Commercial Drivers are responsible for providing the pick-up service of containers filled with waste or recyclable material. Containers may weigh in excess of 1,000 pounds and at times require drivers to maneuver wheeled containers to a pick-up stage area. Commercial Drivers navigate high-traffic and congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots. Highly skilled backing maneuvers are essential to successfully perform this job. Residential Drivers are responsible for the collection of residential household waste or recyclable material and must safely maneuver vehicles in residential environments. Residential Drivers navigate high-traffic and congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
<ul><li>Operates vehicle in accordance with Waste Management Safety and Life Critical Rules, OSHA (Occupational and Safety Health Act) and DOT (Department of Transportation) requirements as well as all local, state and federal laws.</li><li>
Performs pre and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle and documents checks utilizing the standard DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report).</li><li>
Immediately reports all unsafe situations or service-related issues to Operations Manager or Dispatch.</li><li>
Attends and participates in all scheduled training programs, briefings, and meetings as required by WM or directed by the Route Manager.</li><li>
Works closely with Operations Manager to improve route efficiencies and identify best practices.</li><li>
Notifies Operations Manager of any incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage.</li><li>
Notifies Operations Manager or Dispatch of service interruptions including closed or impassable streets or alleyways, receptacles too heavy to service or potential safety hazards.</li><li>
Communicates customer requests to Operations Manager or Dispatch.</li><li>
Completely dumps all receptacles and leaves the customer&rsquo;s location clean and free of debris.</li><li>
Follows route assignments as directed and completes end-of-day documentation and check-out process.</li><li>
Performs all duties as scheduled by Operations Manager or Dispatch and assists other drivers as directed to meet customer needs.</li></ul> 
III. Qualifications
 
 
A. Required Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located and</li><li>
Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to interact with the public, understand traffic signs, respond to official questions, and complete records or reports and</li><li>
Successfully complete pre-employment screening, including drug screen and physical</li><li>
