Drivers are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of roll-off trucks to support Blue Bear Waste Services' mission of providing reliable waste hauling solutions. Work hours vary seasonally and according to customer demand. During peak periods, schedules may extend up to 14-hour days and as many as 60 hours per week. Saturdays may be required as needed.
