Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Assists the Lead Installer in the installation of the job to ensure a Champion quality job is done in a timely and safe manner</li><li>
Interacts with customers in a professional manner</li><li>
Loads / Unloads materials for job</li><li>
Learns aspects of lead installer&rsquo;s responsibilities</li><li>
Contributes to a positive team environment</li><li>
Safely perform all aspects of job in compliance with all federal, state &amp; local laws</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred, construction trade school a plus</li><li>
Prior experience in construction and skilled labor involving carpentry, roofing, windows installation, use of a brake as well as hand tools such as utility knife, hammer, deglazing tools, etc.</li><li>
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers</li><li>
Math skills including using a tape measure and angles</li><li>
Detail-oriented</li></ul><p><b>

<ul><li>Ensure all the installation is done in a timely manner; ensure all safety precautions are being taken</li><li>
Provide excellent customer service to our customers</li><li>
Complete required paperwork in a timely manner</li><li>
Performs duties in compliance with OSHA and other pertinent safety regulations</li><li>
Have a safety-first mindset</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>1-2 years&rsquo; experience in the construction field</li><li>
Roofing, siding, or gutter experience is a plus</li><li>
Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation</li><li>
Must be a problem solver who takes a proactive approach to improve services</li><li>
Must be comfortable working in inclement weather</li><li>
Must be able to stand, lift, climb up to 40 feet, and bend for prolonged periods of time</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.</li><li>
Ability to use various hand tools</li><li>
Excellent communication skills</li></ul><div>
