Job Summary As a Roof Inspector / Project Manager, you will be in the field daily inspecting roofs for storm damage, documenting conditions, and managing the full production process once a job is approved. You'll climb roofs, take detailed photos, write inspection reports, coordinate with insurance adjusters, and oversee every project through completion &mdash; ensuring quality workmanship and homeowner satisfaction.
What You'll Do
Roof Inspections:

Write pre-inspection reports with findings and recommendations</li><li>
Verify shingle color, material type, and roof specifications</li><li>

Meet with insurance adjusters on-site to walk through damage findings</li><li>
Submit supplement requests with photos and documentation when additional damage is found</li><li>

Project Management:
