Primary Responsibilities and Duties

Essential Functions:
<ul>
<li>Ready stations before opening and closing shifts, complete scheduled side work to enable full focus on guest care.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with customers and help them with their food and beverage selection.</li>
<li>Manage tables and overall guest experience.</li>
<li>Professional, outgoing, and enthusiastic attitude.</li>
<li>Transmits orders to the bar and kitchen by recording guests' choices; identifying guests&rsquo; special dietary needs and special requests.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications and Skills:
<ul>
<li>Must be at least 21 years of age</li>
<li>Minimum of 1-year of experience in food service/hospitality desired, but not required</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.</li>
<li>Ability to create memorable guest experiences.</li>
<li>Gain proficiency in the restaurant's menu and be enthusiastic about our offerings.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and management to provide exceptional guest service.</li>
<li>Good judgment skills and adaptive attitude.</li>
<li>Must have all required food / alcohol certifications as designated by location.</li>
</ul>

Work Environment/ Physical Demand:

<li>Dining facilities are both outside and inside. Lighting is maintained at a low level.</li>
