Daily Tasks &amp; Operations<ul><li>

Customer Retention: Reach out to customers who have stopped using the service to address any issues they may have had.</li><li>
Route Coverage: Cover routes when other drivers are unavailable.</li></ul>
Driver Training &amp; Management<ul><li>
Onboard and train all new route drivers.</li><li>
Maintain communication with customers to assess satisfaction with route service.</li><li>
Ensure all drivers are in Sun Country uniform tops and acceptable walking shorts or pants, and closed-toe shoes.</li><li>
Host a weekly defensive driving training meeting with all drivers, which includes new business updates and follow-up on ongoing items.</li></ul>
