The Safety Compliance Officer will manage Boys &amp; Girls Clubs of Silicon Valley&rsquo;s safety, security, and risk management strategy. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to assess clubhouse safety, identify hazards, and ensure compliance with policies and best practices.</li><li>
Investigate and document all workplace injuries and incidents, track trends, and report to OSHA as necessary; partner with the Vice President of Human Resources on workers' compensation cases.</li><li>

Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Health, Safety &amp; Environmental (HSE) Management or a related field preferred.</li><li>
5+ years of progressive EHS experience, ideally within oilfield or energy operations.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations (OSHA, DOT, EPA, etc.).</li><li>
Experience with ISNetworld, Veriforce, DISA, H2S, and SafeLand certification processes.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>
Willingness to travel to remote field locations, primarily in Texas.</li><li>
Ability to spend significant time in field environments observing operations.</li><li>
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities effectively.</li><li>

Position Summary</b></p><p>
The Safety and Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining behavior-based safety programs that promote a proactive safety culture throughout the organization. This role ensures full compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations while supporting operational excellence in all Prairie Field Services locations. In addition, this position oversees compliance management in several key areas, including DOT, ISNetworld (ISN), Veriforce, DISA, and customer-specific safety and compliance requirements.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Partner with senior leadership to strengthen and promote Prairie&rsquo;s One Team, safety focused culture.</li><li>
Provide EHS leadership, guidance, and oversight to all levels of the organization.</li><li>
Serve as the company&rsquo;s primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, external customers, and internal stakeholders on all safety and compliance matters.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.</li><li>
