Veeva is looking for Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance senior consultants to join the Professional Services team and support our Vault Safety solution implementation.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
As a Safety Senior Consultant</b>, you will support a group of biopharmaceutical customers in implementing Veeva Safety on Veeva&rsquo;s development cloud platform. As a subject matter expert, you would be leading the workshop discussions on configurations with concerned business leads, understand &amp; document business requirements. Solution designing, problem solving and working closely with other leads / consultants on a project assignment would be part of core responsibilities in this role.</div><p><b>
What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></p><ul><li>
Lead business workshops to gather and document business functional / non-functional requirements.</li><li>
Think critically to help design the solution your customers request as well as the solution they have not requested but may need.</li><li>
Work closely with configuration team in developing the solution.</li><li>
Act as customer liaison, managing communication between implementation, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams.</li><li>
Help customers with data migration activities by providing expert advisory.</li><li>
Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices as part of implementation programs focused on the holistic success of the customer.</li><li>
Drive change management methodology for our customers switching from on-premises to SaaS solutions.</li></ul><p><b>
Requirements</b></p><ul><li>
10+ years of life sciences industry experience, with the majority time spent in the Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance domain and experience in a consulting function.</li><li>
Knowledge of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance processes and regulations.</li><li>
Must have a decent experience writing complex SQL queries on safety data set.</li><li>
Should have worked on implementing safety systems like Aris / Argus / Emperica / Commonwealth / RxLogix / or any home grown safety system</li><li>
Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and ensure delivery to a high degree of satisfaction.</li><li>
Good to have experience building aggregate and analytical reports on safety data set.</li><li>
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>
Must have worked in an individual contributor capacity in the previous employments.</li><li>
Ability to act with speed to understand business requirements, create corresponding solution designs, and willingness to &ldquo;roll up your sleeves&rdquo; to design and deliver Vault Safety.</li><li>
Exposure to life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements.</li><li>
Ability to travel for about ~ 25% of the project time.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent required.</li><li>
Has the right attitude and mindset to work towards customer success.</li></ul><p><b>
Nice to Have</b></p><ul><li>
Proven track record supporting high impact global system implementation programs as a consultant, business, or IT lead, and/or business sponsor.</li><li>
Direct experience with Argus and/or other drug safety applications</li><li>
Exposure to SQL / PLSQL programming language.</li><li>
Life science, computer science, or related degree</li><li>
SaaS/Cloud experience</li><li>
Experience in services delivery management and/or systems implementation</li></ul><p><b>
