Safety Engineer<div>

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Safety Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to ensure that the safety plans shall be in compliance with corporate policy and prevailing safety requirements for the region.<div>
What You'll Be Doing:<ul><li>
Implement corporate HSE Policy, HSE plan and HSE legislation and other requirements, monitor HSE performance, HSE targets and suggest measures for further improvement.</li><li>

Review and monitor contractors monthly HSE inspections / reports.</li><li>
Conducting monthly Safety meetings, setting the target to achieve the outstanding issues, prepare / submit the minutes to all concern to follow-up.</li><li>
Review emergency preparedness and response, permit to work system, Toolbox Talks, HSE statistics &amp; records of the contractors according to company requirement.</li><li>
Review incident/accident investigation reports from contractors, reporting &amp; communicating the learning points, and monitor the immediate action and follow-up actions to minimize / prevent from re-occurrence.</li></ul>
What Required Skills You'll Bring:<ul><li>
At least a Bachelor&rsquo;s in any Construction related Engineering Degree or Occupational safety and healthand internationally approved Safety courses.</li><li>
Minimum 8+ years&rsquo; experience as Safety Engineer in infrastructure projects in UAE.</li><li>
With recognized Health and Safety certifications, license or training in UAE (e.g. ISO, NEBOSH, First Aid, Fire Safety, etc).</li><li>
Must be able to attend in-persons interviews.</li></ul>
