Your Role
<br><br>
As a Patrol Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining safety and security across client properties. This position offers autonomy and responsibility with the support of a strong team.
<br><br>
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br>

<li>Perform foot and/or vehicle patrols of client properties</li>
<li>Respond promptly to calls and incidents</li>
<li>Follow post orders for every mandated stop</li>
<li>Complete patrol stops efficiently and on time</li>
<li>Prepare accurate incident and activity reports</li>
<li>Represent ESI Security with professionalism and integrity</li>

Requirements

<li>High school diploma or GED</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record</li>
<li>Ability to pass background and drug screening</li>
<li>Nevada PILB license (or ability to obtain)</li>

<li>Strong knowledge of Reno/Sparks area</li>

How This Role Works:</b></p><ul><li><b>
Fixed-Shift Commitment (&ldquo;Anchor Shifts&rdquo;):</b> You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.</li><li><b>
Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:</b> In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It&rsquo;s all up to you.</li></ul><p>
This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail environment.</li><li>
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.</li><li>
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, common areas, entrances, exits, stockroom corridors, and exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns.</li><li>
Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and support loss prevention and asset protection efforts by reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues.</li><li>
Assist with opening and closing procedures, queue and crowd monitoring, and customer assistance during high-traffic periods, special events, and/or emergency situations.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Minimum Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
Loss prevention experience is preferred.</li><li>
Customer service experience is preferred.</li><li>
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li><li>
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li><li>
