Store and remove client property once the mandated storage time has expired</li><li>

Make calls to police, fire department, and other first responders as directed.</li><li>
Perform administrative and receptionist duties at the operations desk; monitor video surveillance cameras, and the fire prevention/detection alarm notification system.</li><li>

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Certified in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) preferred. Must be able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and overtime if necessary.

Guard access points, permitting or refusing entry, restraining trespassers, and direct heavy traffic.</li><li>
Complete daily logs, including relevant information, observations, surveillance footage, and incident reports with accuracy.</li><li>
Receive and transmit across the radio to dispatch for status, response, and log of actions.</li></ul><ul><li>
Secure all doors, windows, gates, and exits.</li><li>
Warns violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying prohibited items.</li><li>
Signs for and accepts deliveries.</li><li>
Ensure all guest questions and concerns are addressed immediately, either personally, or by contacting the appropriate department, supervisor, or member of management, to obtain the answer to the question, or obtain assistance in resolving the concern. Own the situation until the situation is resolved, or the guest is in direct contact with the Team Member who will resolve the situation.</li><li>
