This role will provide guidance to the leasing staff as they walk prospective residents through the leasing process, direct marketing events, and assist the Sales &amp; Marketing Manager as needed. Duties/Responsibilities: The duties listed below are an outline of the Assistant Sales &amp; Marketing Manager&rsquo;s responsibilities and should not be considered an all-inclusive list. As the needs of the organization change, these duties may be modified as needed.
Leasing &amp; Marketing<ul><li>
Conduct all tasks necessary to close the sale in accordance with LEASE training guidelines including:<ul><li>
Generate new leads.</li><li>
Complete guest cards.</li><li>
Schedule &amp; conduct model unit tours.</li><li>
Lead follow-up.</li></ul></li><li>
Review all applications, guarantor forms, and Housing Contracts.</li><li>

Attend and contribute to Landmark Lineup and required staff meetings.</li><li>

Ensure all data is accurately entered in Entrata and daily follow-up is completed.</li><li>
Ensure leasing staff complies with corporate procedures and government laws on Fair Housing.</li><li>
Participate in all Move-in related activities including but not limited to:<ul><li>

Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>
