Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding scheduling, and any inquiries related to sales. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.</li><li>
Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, including customer patterns and sales performance in different territories. Use data insights to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance sales efficiency.</li><li>
Handle all new hires setup for our sales representative to be sure all skilling is assigned and updated to correct user groups for scheduling.</li><li>
Collaborative Coordination: Work closely with the Sales Manager, Customer Service Director and training team, and other internal departments to streamline the sales process and improve overall efficiency.</li><li>
Foster a collaborative and team-oriented environment.</li><li>
