<div>What you will do:</div>
<ul><li>Greet our customers and guide them through their shopping experience.</li>
<li>Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.</li>
<li>Ring up sales in computer, take cash/run credit cards/do discounts, etc.</li>
<li>Help re-stock the sales floor.</li>
<li>Keep things neat and clean in the store.</li>
<li>Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and training the store sales team.</li>
<li>Assist with coaching and discipline of the store sales team.</li>
<li>Lead the rest of the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.</li>
<li>Prepare deposit and make deposits at the bank.</li>
<li>Process freight and set the sales floor as it arrives.</li>

<ul><li>Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver&rsquo;s license and have personal transportation to take deposits to the bank.</li>

The OAM - IT will undergo a comprehensive training program that includes hands-on experience, mentorship, and leadership development. Throughout their training, OAMs in Training will become familiar with Manager on Duty duties and learn to manage various aspects of the store, including associates, sales, customer service, safety standards, product availability, store presentation, and overall profitability. They will learn to oversee the smooth operation of several key areas, including the Customer Service Desk, Receiving, Tool Rental, Order Fulfillment, Lot Loaders, and the Back Office.
