Main responsibilities of the F&amp;B Coordinator for the FIFA World Cup 26&trade; include:</div><ul>
<li>Ensure that services delivered are compliant with the F&amp;B Concessions Operational Plan (number of staff, SKU allocation and sales prices per concession, activation hours, alcohol policy, SFE activations, etc.).</li>
<li>Ensure that the commercial and contractual rights of the Commercial Partners involved in the F&amp;B Concessions Program are respected and implemented (brand exposure and product exclusivity, where applicable; use of dedicated equipment; respect of merchandising guidelines such as planograms, uniforms, menu boards, POS tactics, etc.).</li>
<li>On Match Days: coordinate and report on operations and carry out regular quality controls (readiness by stadium gate opening, measure queuing times, monitor stock shortages, observe quality of customer service, etc.).</li>
<li>Provide daily briefings to the local concessionaire and the Commercial Partner teams on site and ensure smooth communication between relevant stakeholders of the F&amp;B Concessions Program.</li>
<li>Liaise daily with the FIFA central team using the designated report template.</li>
<li>Assist the FWC26 Commercial Rights Delivery Team in all matters related to FIFA Partnerships&rsquo; objectives and obligations.</li>
