Perform general office duties to support Sales &amp; Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying). SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION: 
The Sales Operations Analyst is predominantly responsible for validating a high volume of incoming customer orders per month (500+), generated by a 600+ person global sales organization. There is a daily focus on data management and the validation of sales orders within our systems.
 
Primary role includes: 
Supporting sales representatives with their questions, queries, concerns, and the validation of their orders
 
Interfacing with intra-company departments, such as Billing, SD/Provisioning, IP Eng, Legal, etc.to finalize the details and terms of orders
 
Qualifications: 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 
Email customers to verify order validation
 
Ensure data entered is accurately captured in accordance with pricing and product guidelines in company systems
 
Ensure all required documents/approvals are present and accounted for within the orders edocs
 
Master all internal systems such as Compass/OPM and to be able to problem solve within those systems
 
Coach individual Sales Reps and Managers on paperwork, procedure and processes questions.

What You Will Do</div><div>
Content Development &amp; Copywriting</div><ul><li>
Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy across channels including email, web, social media, digital ads, and sales materials</li><li>
Adapt messaging to different audiences, formats, and client voices</li><li>
Support development of campaign messaging and content themes</li><li>
Assist with research and information gathering to inform content</li><li>
Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and consistency</li><li>

Marketing &amp; Campaign Support</div><ul><li>
Support execution of marketing campaigns across email, web, and social channels</li><li>
Assist in building and maintaining campaign calendars and content schedules</li><li>
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets</li><li>
Help prepare campaign briefs, presentations, and marketing materials</li><li>
Track and report on basic campaign performance metrics</li><li>

Familiarity with digital marketing channels (email, social, web)</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools</li><li>
Proficiency with HubSpot, MailChimp, or other email platforms

Internship or experience in an agency or client services environment</li><li>
Exposure to marketing platforms (e.g., email marketing tools, CMS, or social scheduling tools)</li><li>

Smithbucklin considers several factors when determining compensation, including a candidate's recent coursework, training, experience, and certifications, among other considerations. The expected pay for this role is $75,000-$80,000k.</div><div>
