The Salesforce Excellence Analyst (CRM) will supports the Medical Nutrition, Atrium, and Professional Health Sales teams with training and promoting both the Salesforce and Veeva platforms and related advanced technologies. High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or in a related field preferred.</li><li>2-3+ years of professional work experience in CRM administration required, using either Salesforce and/or Veeva support or commercial operations.</li><li>Must possess strong analytical skills and extensive experience using Excel, Power BI or similar programs.</li><li>Experience with integrated platforms such as: Vault, Align, Magento and/or JDP.</li><li>Demonstrated fluency in MS Office (Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/Word) is required.</li><li>Must have excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, organizational and stakeholder management skills (including the ability to develop/maintain strong, cross-functional stakeholder relationships).</li><li>Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights, effectively using digital tools and technologies to improve outcomes, while being digitally fluent with a natural curiosity for emerging tech and consumer behaviors, and possessing a strong understanding of emerging digital trends and their relevance in a modern, insight led workplace is essential.</li><li>Willing and able to work through change management and must have schedule flexibility.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.</li><li>Willing and able to travel up to 5% based on the needs of the team and the business.</li></ul> 
The approximate pay range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as geographic location.
