 To implement the Cycle Plan agenda and coordinate trade marketing activities across the assigned region, ensuring effective execution of merchandising standards and POP controls.  A Day in the Life of...
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Execute and communicate monthly Cycle Plan activities to the sales team to ensure alignment and timely implementation
 </li>

 Drive effective implementation of the merchandising calendar across the region
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and monitor POP materials (POSM), ensuring proper inventory control, minimal ageing, and optimal utilization
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and develop the zonal merchandising team, ensuring discipline, performance tracking, and capability building
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to company policies through proper documentation, record-keeping, and audit compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide regular market intelligence, activation reports, and competitor trade insights to support decision-making
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and execute promotional activities including town storming, roadshows, conferences, and fairs with proper pre/post evaluations
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead training initiatives for merchandising teams and ensure compliance with execution standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage trade assets such as chillers, sampling vans, vending machines, gondolas, and display units
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate financial tracking and closure of imprest accounts and stock transactions related to promotional activities
 </li>

 Drive continuous improvement initiatives through NCE methodologies (e.g., OMP, ICE, Mystery Shopper activities)
 </li>

What you'll be doing
Our Sales Promoter is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to all customers and using appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach the sales targets, in addition to stock replenishment, handling new launches, promotion of products and visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the business:<ul><li>
Represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy though all activities and interactions with customers and other team members</li><li>
Achieve the sales target and focus on increasing sales by using advanced sales techniques</li><li>
Promote the Group&rsquo;s loyalty program (MUSE) and increase enrollment rate and new customer acquisition</li><li>
When applicable, stay abreast of the brand&rsquo;s different online (website, app and social media) offerings and activities and promote them with customers</li><li>

Demonstrate a solid knowledge of brands and products</li><li>

Customer Centricity:<ul><li>
Take ownership of the customer&rsquo;s experience by delivering an exceptional service and bringing to life the brand&rsquo;s customer journey at all different touchpoints (physical and digital) through building rapport, sharing product knowledge and expert&rsquo;s advice, proactively catering to customers&rsquo; needs, interests and preferences.</li><li>
Use impactful storytelling with customers to maximize their experience through education and entertainment.</li><li>

Operational Excellence:<ul><li>

Focus on selling and up selling</li><li>
