Job Duties
<ul><li>Recruit top talent, including interviewing, and hiring, to meet salon staffing requirements.</li><li>
Evaluate team member performance by consistently meeting, formulating, and documenting individual goals.</li><li>
Model quality services by consulting with clients and applying the appropriate service techniques.</li><li>
Recommend and participate in all approved local marketing initiatives including depth and frequency of coupon campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and client appreciation events.</li><li>
