   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum of 5 years of experience as a consultant specializing in SAP HR, focusing on Compensation and Payroll
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong understanding of payroll processes, compensation structures, and SAP HR functionalities
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience implementing and supporting SAP HR Payroll solutions in various organizational contexts
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and teams
  </li>
  <li>
   SAP certification in Human Resources or Payroll is a plus
