The Teller is responsible for greeting all members when they enter the branch and assisting them with their financial needs. This is a front-line role responsible for delivering outstanding service and support to members through various channels, including in-person, by phone, and through text and digital messaging. This position performs a variety of financial transactions and supports both lobby and teller operations. Our ideal candidate has a positive, can-do attitude, and is a problem-solver with strong cash-handling and member service skills. <p><b>Job Description:</b><br/>CCFCU is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt quickly. As a Teller, you will serve as a liaison between members and the Credit Union, recognizing their needs and providing relevant account information. You'll offer a range of financial products, including loans, savings, IRAs, and electronic services. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of deposit products, cash handling, ATMs, and other teller branch operations.</p><p>Training for this role will be hands-on and on-the-job, supplemented by self-learning and motivation.
