Responsibilities of a Scheduler:</b></p><ul><li>
Use Microsoft Word and Excel.</li><li>
 Maintain an effective working relationship with employees throughout the company.</li></ul><ul><li> Learn company organizational structure.</li><li> Work under pressure (time) to meet deadlines.</li><li> Backup to dispatch as needed.</li><li> Prepares and adjusts routes and schedules.</li><li> Participates in team review of ridership and runtime data.</li><li> Prepares paperwork for operator sign-up for route selection and assists with operator sign-up.</li><li> Conduct analysis as needed which involves designing and conducting running time checks; monitoring bus schedules by observation, riding bus or driving route; and conducting on-time performance analysis.</li><li> Maintains computerized scheduling files and runs computer programs associated with Operator sign-up.</li><li> Performs research to make recommendations on routes and changes.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
