<div><div>Alia National School &amp; Alia Autism Center in Bahrain is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team supporting children and young adults with autism and developmental needs.<br>
</div><div>
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative environment alongside educators, behavior analysts, and therapists to deliver individualized, evidence-based interventions.<br>
</div><div><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.</li><li>
Deliver therapy sessions focusing on sensory integration, fine motor skills, daily living skills, and self-regulation.</li><li>
Support students with autism spectrum disorder and related conditions in school and therapy settings.</li><li>
Collaborate with teachers, ABA therapists, and parents to ensure consistency of interventions.</li><li>
Develop and implement sensory diets and classroom strategies.</li><li>
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and progress tracking.</li><li>
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting.</li></ul><div><br>
<b>
Candidate Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Occupational Therapy.</li><li>
Licensed/eligible for licensing in Bahrain (NHRA preferred).</li><li>
Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience in pediatrics or working with autism.</li><li>
Experience in sensory integration and school-based therapy preferred.</li><li>
Strong understanding of autism, behavior management, and inclusive practices.</li><li>
Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.</li><li>
Good communication skills with families and professionals.</li></ul><div><br>
