This is a part-time job working as the bus driver and afterschool teacher. As the bus driver, you will be transporting students to and from the center or home to designated elementary schools. You will also ensure to adhered to safety rules and complete required staff training. Report any bus malfunctions or needed repairs.</li><li>
Drive gasoline, diesel, or electrically powered multi-passenger vehicles to transport students between neighborhoods, schools, and school activities.</li><li>
Prepare and submit reports that may include the number of passengers or trips, hours worked, fuel consumption, or fares received.</li><li>
Maintain knowledge of first-aid procedures.</li><li>
Keep bus interiors clean for passengers.</li><li>
Read maps and follow written and verbal geographic directions.</li><li>
Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations, using telephones.</li><li>
Regulate heating, lighting, and ventilation systems for passenger comfort.</li><li>

Adhere to all traffic laws, school bus regulations, and transportation policies.</li><li>
Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure operational safety.</li><li>
Report any mechanical issues or route changes to the Director of Transportation.</li><li>

Physical Requirements:
