POSITION SUMMARY The Program Site Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Before/After School and Summer Camp programs at a single site. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Recruit, supervise, train, and develop a high-performing site team.</li><li>

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required; degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred.</li><li>
Knowledge of New Jersey State Child Care licensing regulations preferred; ability to quickly learn and apply requirements.</li><li>
Five (5) years of professional experience working with children ages 5&ndash;12.</li><li>
Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in a child care, education, or youth-serving organization.</li><li>
Experience supervising staff, managing performance, and supporting consistent program operations.</li><li>
Strong administrative and organizational skills in a service-oriented environment.</li><li>
Experience using registration, enrollment, and attendance management systems.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).</li><li>
Excellent customer service and parent engagement skills.</li><li>

Position Summary
The Assistant Executive Director serves as a key leader within Williamsburg Academy of Colorado (WAC), partnering closely with the Executive Director to ensure operational excellence, a thriving culture of belonging, and strong alignment with state and BOCES requirements. ROLE OVERVIEW

At Great Oaks Legacy Charter School, Achievement Directors serve first as members of our PreK-12 Academic Team, as leaders for K-8 leaders of their discipline in the academic program. Specifically, Assistant School Directors are responsible for driving academic achievement and growth on:

Qualifications
