<ul><li>Working effectively in a high-traffic environment, managing multiple tasks amid frequent interruptions and student interaction while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Supporting the collection through shelving, shelf-reading, pulling holds, and assisting with processing new materials. Familiarity with libraries and Young Adult (YA) literature is a plus, particularly for helping students locate appropriate reading materials.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assisting with routine student and staff needs, including printing, copying, and troubleshooting common printer issues to keep library services running smoothly.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Providing general office and operational support, including helping monitor and request library supplies and materials as needed.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assisting with the creation and maintenance of basic signage, displays, and visual guides to support library use, programs, and student engagement.</li></ul>
<p><b>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</b></p>

<p>CUNY considers full-time work to be at least 35 hours per week.
