Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and experienced in-person School Psychologist to join our team on a contract basis. As a School Psychologist, you will provide comprehensive psychological services to students, collaborate with educators and families, and contribute to fostering a healthy learning environment. You will work in a school setting, offering evaluation, consultation, intervention, and prevention services that support students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral well-being.<ul><li>
Responsibilities: conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.</li><li>
Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).</li><li>
Provide counseling and interventions to support students' emotional and mental health needs.</li><li>
Participate in multidisciplinary teams to address students' academic and behavioral challenges.</li><li>
Offer consultation and training to school personnel on strategies to improve learning environments and student outcomes.</li><li>
