<li>Coaches the team on Scrum principles and practices. This includes helping the team to self-organize, and to continuously improve their processes.</li>
<li>Ensures clear communication between the team, the Product Owner, and other stakeholders.</li>
<li>Facilitates program events.</li>
<li>Ensures the Development Team understands and maintains commitment to the Definition of Done (DoD)</li>
<li>Provides oversight for compliance to organizational standards (Security, CMMI, etc.) and best practices within the team</li>
<li>Assists in coordinating remediation to gaps in compliance with organizational standards</li>
<li>Assists the PO in preparing and refining the backlog for PI and Iteration Planning</li>
<li>Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items</li>
<li>Understanding product planning in an empirical environment</li>
<li>Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value</li>
<li>Coach the Product Owner to ensure the volume and flow of Product Backlog Items (user stories) towards the top of the Product Backlog are Ready for the Sprint Backlog</li></ul>

<li>Coordinates with other Scrum Masters, the System Team, and shared resources in ART PI Planning meetings</li>
<li>Works with the above teams throughout each Iteration and PI</li>
<li>Coordinates with other Scrum Masters in Scrum of Scrums and/or ART Sync with the Product Managers/Product Owners</li>
<li>Fosters normalized estimating within the team</li>
<li>Helps teams operate under architectural and portfolio governance, System-l Level integration, and System Demos</li>
<li>Fosters adoption of Agile technical practices</li>
<li>Escalates team impediments to Leadership</li></ul> 


Requirements:
<ul>
<li>3-5 years&rsquo; experience as a Scrum Master</li>
<li>Scrum Master Certified (SSM, CSM, PSM) or similar</li>
<li>At least one SAFe certification preferred</li>
<li>Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps preferred</li>
<li>Certification in another agile competency, such as product owner, developer, etc. preferred</li>
<li>Experience working in an Agile organization using Scrum, XP, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other scaling model is highly preferred</li>
<li>Servant leader and strong communicator with strong interpersonal skills</li>
<li>2+ years of experience engaging stakeholders, contributors and technical resources to analyze user needs and resource limitation</li>
<li>2+ years of experience with facilitating discussions of complex, high value IT delivery projects that require the coordination of development work or technology work on multiple platforms to achieve desired functionality</li>
<li>Experience with working within an IT and/or infrastructure environment preferred</li>
<li>Strong technical aptitude and experience leading teams in delivering quality software</li>
<li>Experience applying Lean Thinking in large organizations</li></ul>
