What you&rsquo;ll be doing<ul><li>
Setting your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with company strategy</li><li>
Driving impact based on data, market research, and customer insight</li><li>
Owning your team's products from end to end, from ideation through development, launch, growth, and maintenance</li><li>
Partnering with Engineering on technical approach, requirements, and delivery</li><li>
Working with Design and UX to define the customer journey and ship experiences customers love</li><li>
Liaising with stakeholders across Marketing, Legal, Financial Crime, and Strategy</li></ul>
What you'll need<ul><li>
2+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company or in banking/finance areas (acquiring, payments, investments, cryptocurrency, insurance, etc.)</li><li>
1+ years of people management experience</li><li>
Solid analytical acumen and business sense that guides ROI-based prioritisation</li><li>
A track record of formulating product vision and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners</li><li>
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Experience launching products from scratch</li><li>
A bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and an entrepreneurial drive to never settle</li></ul> 
Technical track (additionally):<ul><li>
2+ years working on technical products (platforms, distributed systems, data science, etc.)</li><li>
High technical acumen and the ability to hold your own in deep technical discussions with engineers</li></ul> 
UX track (additionally):<ul><li>
2+ years leading consumer-facing mobile products</li><li>
A strong eye for UX/UI and solid understanding of design best practices</li></ul>

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$116,000.00 - $174,000.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant&rsquo;s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
