Place of Performance &amp; Travel Requirements<ul><li>
While this role is primarily remote, the individual must be available to attend in-person customer meetings at the client&rsquo;s headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland, as needed.</li><li>
The individual in this role will support approximately three in-person events annually within the greater Baltimore metropolitan area. These events range from one to five days in length and require full on-site participation.</li></ul>

Work Experience 
 
Project Specific Qualifications:<ul><li>
Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting Agile delivery in federal or large-scale enterprise environments.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Coordinator for cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical workstreams.</li><li>
Experience managing Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms for backlog tracking and reporting.</li><li>
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to apply them in structured, compliance-driven environments.</li><li>
Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and managing interdependencies in complex programs.</li><li>
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), instructional design workflows, or workforce training programs is preferred.</li><li>
Experience supporting federal clients and working within government delivery environments is highly desirable.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail.</li><li>
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>
Experience supporting reporting requirements and performance tracking in a federal contract environment is a plus.</li><li>
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.</li><li>
