 The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing day-to-day HR administrative support to the KY facilities. This role will assist in the co-delivery of the dynamic people, capability, and culture agenda to enable the effective and efficient operation of primarily Wilderness Trail. This role works closely with the workforce to ensure compliance, assist with policy interpretation, investigation and resolution, workforce planning, recruiting, on-boarding, and off-boarding. In addition, this position will be heavily involved in employee engagement efforts across the sites, including but not limited to employee activities, community involvement, and DEIB.  Key Responsibilities and Activities
