Attend and contribute to faculty meetings, parent meetings, and school events.</li><li>
Maintain accurate and timely records of communication with parents/guardians in accordance with school expectations.</li><li>
Actively contribute to grade-level, content-area, and student support team meetings (e.g., PLCs, MTSS) to promote collaboration and shared accountability for student success.</li><li>
Implement school policies as outlined in the Student Handbook, Employee Handbook, and Student Progression Plan.</li></ul>
School &amp; Community Responsibilities<ul><li>
Participate in after-school programs such as tutoring, clubs, and activities as assigned.</li><li>
Be prepared to fulfill supervision duties (hallway, bus, cafeteria, assemblies, and extracurricular events) to ensure student safety and order, even if not assigned daily.</li><li>
Cover classes when substitutes are unavailable due to emergencies, as assigned by administration.</li><li>
Use RCSA Connect daily to record, monitor, and communicate student academic and behavioral information; ensure the platform is kept up to date.</li><li>
Uphold confidentiality regarding student and family information.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records, including attendance, grades, and reports, in accordance with school and district policies.</li><li>
Follow all school, district, state, and federal rules, laws and regulations regarding education, safety, and reporting.</li><li>
Fulfill assigned supervisory, extracurricular, and co-curricular responsibilities, including field trips, academic fairs, and after-school events, demonstrating reliability and professionalism in supporting school programs and student activities.</li><li>

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited institution in Education or related field.</li><li>
Valid Florida Educator&rsquo;s Certificate (Letter of Eligibility, Temporary Certificate, or Professional Certificate).</li><li>
Successful completion of Level 2 background screening as required by Florida law.</li></ul>
