<p><b>Job Title:</b> HR Secretary<br/><b>Salary: 2,500.00 AED*</b></p><p><b>Location:</b> Al Ain Equestrian and Shooting Club &ndash; Al Ain<br/><b>Employment Type:</b> Full-Time</p><p><b>Al Ain Equestrian, Shooting &amp; Golf Club</b> is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented <b>HR Secretary</b> to support the Human Resources Department in daily HR and administrative operations.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Process <b>DAMAN medical insurance applications</b>, additions, deletions, and annual renewals for employees.</li><li>Coordinate with <b>insurance brokers</b> for medical, workmen, and other insurance requirements.</li><li>Support the <b>recruitment and onboarding process</b>, including documentation and orientation.</li><li>Assist with <b>payroll-related tasks</b>, including leaves, encashments, overtime, and attendance records.</li><li>Maintain and monitor <b>employee attendance</b>, calendars, and HR schedules.</li><li>Prepare <b>HR memos, circulars, and internal communications</b>.</li><li>Assist in <b>employee performance evaluation processes</b> and coordinate with HODs and supervisors.</li><li>Support the <b>PRO</b> with vehicle registrations, restaurant licenses, and other government-related renewals.</li><li>Ensure compliance with <b>UAE Labour Law</b> and internal HR policies.</li><li>Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR files.</li></ul><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Previous experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of <b>UAE Labour Law</b>.</li><li>Preferrably with experience in handling <b>medical insurance (DAMAN)</b> is an advantage.</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information professionally.</li></ul><p><b>Salary &amp; Benefits</b></p><ul><li>Visa &amp; Medical Insurance</li><li>Workmen Insurance</li><li>Duty Meals (Lunch &amp; Dinner)</li><li>On-site Accommodation (basic furniture &amp; beddings provided)</li><li>Uniform Provided</li><li>Laundry for Uniforms</li></ul><p><b>Interested candidates may send their CV to:</b><br/><b>hr@aesgc.ae | hrrecruiter@aesgc.ae</b></p><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher</p><p>Pay: AED2,500.00 per month</p><p>Ability to commute/relocate:</p><ul><li>Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul><p>Application Question(s):</p><ul><li>What is your earliest possible joining date?</li><li>Are you willing to attend an in-person interview in Al Ain?</li></ul>
