We&rsquo;re seeking a Sr. Program Manager to help elevate our physical security operations across critical facilities, commercial offices, and other facility locations. ** This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and based in Overland Park, KS. Must be willing to travel up to 40%. This is equivalent to roughly 1.5 weeks out of every month. This could fluctuate depending on business need. **
Job Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Conduct and document physical security assessments at T-Mobile facilities, commercial offices, and other facility locations.</li><li>
Identify security gaps and vulnerabilities; initiate and track corrective actions with appropriate partners through resolution.</li><li>
Develop and maintain physical security design plans, including placement of access control, intrusion detection, CCTV, and emergency alerting systems for new builds and retrofit projects.</li><li>
Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining security policies, standards, and guidelines.</li><li>
Support monthly badge office compliance audits across the enterprise.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional partners and integrators to ensure security systems are implemented and maintained to standard.</li><li>
Maintain a strong working knowledge of physical security system operations and programming.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>
4-7 years&rsquo; experience in commercial electronic security systems design, auditing, inspections, or policy management.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort using databases and technology platforms.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail with critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.</li><li>
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.</li><li>
Experience with Software House C-Cure 9000 and/or AMAG Symmetry access control systems.</li><li>
Experience in audit and assessment processes, and developing policy and procedure documentation</li><li>
Ability to travel up to 40%</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), or a similar credential from ASIS International or an accredited professional security organization (or ability to obtain certification within 18 months).</li><li>
Previous experience supporting security operations centers, call centers, or corporate security environments.</li></ul><ul><li>At least 18 years of age</li><li>Legally authorized to work in the United States</li></ul>

Base Pay Range: $83,500 - $150,700

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate&rsquo;s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee&rsquo;s eligible earnings in the prior year.
