Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking a Journeyman Security Management Specialist with a TS/SCI Polygraph clearance to support HQ AFMC A2 in managing Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) operations across their full lifecycle. The role includes preparing security documentation, supporting inspections, performing escort and courier duties, monitoring classified material handling, and managing databases related to personnel, access, and facilities. The Security Management Specialist will also assist with SCIF accreditation, system integration, and physical security evaluations while ensuring compliance with ICD 705, NISPOM, and other governing directives. Duties/ Responsibilities
<ul><li>Attend meetings and prepare/present briefings, graphics, and visuals for leadership.</li>
<li>Prepare security paperwork, including DD Form 2875 and COMSEC inspection criteria.</li>
<li>Assist in access control, perform escort duties for VTC visitors, and answer administrative communications.</li>

<li>Oversee quality management systems and conduct physical security inspections.</li>
<li>Recommend corrective actions, document findings, and develop security solutions and improvements.</li>
<li>Maintain SCIF resource databases, including receipt, storage, inventory, and disposition.</li>

Required Skills/Abilities

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provide armed protective security services in support of U.S. Government operations</li>
<li>Control access to secure facilities, installations, and restricted areas</li>
<li>Conduct identity verification, credential inspections, and visitor processing</li>
<li>Perform security patrols of assigned areas on foot and/or by vehicle</li>
<li>Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and security detection equipment</li>
<li>Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and potential threats</li>
<li>Enforce federal security regulations, site policies, and standard operating procedures</li>
<li>Prepare detailed incident, activity, and shift reports</li>
<li>Maintain accountability and control of issued weapons and equipment</li>
<li>Support force protection, emergency response, and contingency operations</li>
<li>Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to operational security requirements</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Must possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance with Polygraph, or have held one within the past three (3) years</li>
<li>Must be eligible for immediate clearance reinstatement or reciprocity</li>
<li>Must be willing and able to relocate for assignment</li>
<li>Must be a U.S. citizen</li>
<li>Must be at least 21 years of age</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>
<li>Possess or able to obtain Montana State Required Security Licenses upon selection</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following:
<ul><li>Military service</li>
<li>Federal, state, or local law enforcement</li>
<li>Armed security operations</li>
<li>Government security or protective services</li>
</ul>
</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Prior experience supporting federal security contracts</li>
<li>Experience working in classified or controlled-access environments</li>
<li>Military combat arms, security forces, or law enforcement background</li>
<li>Experience with access control systems and surveillance technologies</li>
<li>Prior service in protective services, force protection, or critical infrastructure security</li>
<li>Familiarity with federal security standards and incident response procedures</li>
<li>Current firearms qualification from a recognized law enforcement or military entity</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements
<ul>
<li>Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods</li>
<li>Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions common to Montana</li>
<li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds</li>
<li>Ability to respond quickly to emergencies and security incidents</li>
<li>Ability to meet firearms qualification and physical readiness standards</li>
