What You Will Do:

Security Measures</h4>
<ul><li>Plan, direct, and oversee implementation of comprehensive security systems for protection of individuals and the business.</li>

Operational Ownership

Manages the overall safety and security ensuring security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans for the hotel operations are enforced</li><li><ul><li>effectively manage all aspects of the company&rsquo;s security operations to ensure a safe environment for all guests, staff, their belongings and company assets</li></ul></li><li>
Liaise and build strong relationships with local Law Enforcement Agencies in Abu Dhabi, such as the Abu Dhabi Police and Civil Defense.</li><li><ul><li>Ensure all practices adhere to the Health and Safety Act and local Abu Dhabi regulations.</li></ul></li><li>
Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and manage key control (master keys) and access points throughout the property.</li><li>
Recruit, train, and supervise the security team, ensuring proper patrolling and coverage.</li><li>
Investigate incidents, accidents, thefts, property damage, or suspicious activity, filing detailed reports.</li><li>
Conduct regular safety inspections to identify risks to the business</li><li><ul><li>build a competent and motivated team of security officers through confident and caring leadership.</li></ul></li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li>
Must have 5 years experience as a Security Manager with strong managerial skills in corporate security, law enforcement, or military, preferably within hospitality.</li><li>
High school diploma, or degree in criminal justice or related field.</li><li>
CPR, First Aid, AED, and specialized security training.</li><li>
Proficiency in computer systems and surveillance technology, strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills</li><li>
Must speak Arabic and English</li><li>
Must have Abu Dhabi experience</li></ul></div>
